Q: WHERE IS MY BOOTH?
A: Prior to the show your company contact will receive a confirmation packet via e-mail that highlights the booth number and provides a link to their location on the floorplan. Exhibitors can also view the floorplan at www.asrbiz.com. On-site, exhibitors and attendees both can use the "You are Here" kiosks to find the appropriate booth location.

Q: WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
A: For ASR September 2007
50% deposit due with contract to reserve booth space on February 16, 2007.
50% final balance due on April 27, 2007.

Q: WHERE DO I SEND PAYMENTS?

Q: WHERE CAN I LOCK UP VALUABLES WHEN I'M NOT IN MY BOOTH?
A: ASR provides a free security lock-up. Check the show guide for location.

Q: HOW DO I GET IN CONTACT WITH ASR'S ATTENDEES AFTER THE SHOW?
A: ASR has a lead retrieval service. It is a quick and easy way to make a permanent record of any attendee's contact information. See our lead retrieval forms at the back of the Service Manual.

Q: HOW DO I ORDER MY BADGES?
A: Visit exhibitor registration page on www.asrbiz.com to register and request badges on-line.

Q: HOW DO I BOOK FLIGHTS/HOTEL/RENTAL CARS FOR THE SHOW?
A: The Exhibitor Service Manual has Hotel and Travel Forms, or visit the Hotel / Travel page on www.asrbiz.com to book your hotel and travel on-line.

Q: WHERE DO I SEND MY FREIGHT?
A: Advance shipments go to the GES warehouse. A 30% (30.00 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment received at the advance warehouse deadline date. Please refer to your Service Manual for deadline dates.

Q: WHAT IS DRAYAGE?
A: Drayage is the term used for the freight delivered from the loading docks to your booth.

Q: WILL THE DESIGN OF MY EXHIBIT IMPACT MY COSTS?
A: YES, when designing a booth, consider both the weight of materials and the complexity of the design. Shipping and drayage costs are based on weight. Heavier exhibit materials will increase shipping and drayage costs, while complicated and time-intensive set-up may increase labor costs.

Q: CAN I SAVE MONEY BY GETTING MY GES FORMS IN EARLY?
A: YES, GES offers significant discounts on all orders received prior to the early bird discount date. Please refer to service manual and GES forms for discount deadlines. See Exhibitor Service Manual for details.

Q: ARE THERE EXHIBITOR PACKAGES I CAN PURCHASE?
A: Yes, GES offers significant savings if you act before the discount deadline of August 2007. See Exhibitor Service Manual for details.

Q: WHAT IS CARTLOAD SERVICE?
A: Cartload Service is a less expensive alternative to the standard drayage program. To utilize the cartload service, exhibitors must transport freight in a P.O.V. (privately owned vehicle i.e. car, van or SUV and freight must not exceed 800 lbs) Commercial vans, trucks and trailers are not allowed. See Cartload Service Order Form in you Exhibitor Service Manual.

Q: DO I HAVE TO HIRE UNION LABOR TO SET UP MY BOOTH?
A: Depends, Installation and dismantling of exhibits must be performed by union labor if one person cannot construct the booth in less than half an hour without tools (this includes screwdrivers and wrenches).

Q: HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH THE PRESS ATTENDING ASR?
A: Mainstream, trade and consumer media all attend ASR, so make sure they know you are there. Bring your media kits to display in the press office. See your Exhibitor Service Manual for more information on how ASR can help you reach the attending media.
