Specialty Retail Store, Sporting Goods Store, Chain and/or Mall Store, Mass Merchant, Department Store, Catalog, Online Retailer, Outlet Store, Distributor of Finished Goods
NEW BUYER QUALIFICATIONS
Stores new to ASR must provide two of the following credentials, in order to qualify as a buyer
- Recent invoices of FINISHED brand name goods in the action sports industry
- Business Card
- Business License indicating you are a retail business (NOT a seller's permit)
- Letter of Intent (from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating the intent to start a new business - this is acceptable for new businesses only)
NON-RETAILERS, INDUSTRY AFFILIATES, MEDIA
Manufacturer/Wholesaler, Supplier, Service Co., Ad Agency/PR Agency/Mgmt Agency, Media Sales, Marketing or Consulting Agency, Private Label Buyers
FEES
Registration fees apply for Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers (NEM) and Industry Affiliates.
ASR SHOW POLICIES:
- Present your badge and corresponding business card, along with one of the following personal identification to receive your badge holder.
- Government-issued Photo ID
- Your badge must be worn at all times while attending ASR.
- This badge is the property of ASR. ASR reserves the right to confiscate it at any time.
- ASR is not open to the public.
- No children under 16 without adult supervision.
- No Camera Policy - No photographs of any product without permission from the exhibitor will be permitted. Any attendee photographing without permission will be requested to delete images or have their camera confiscated.
- Solicitation or distribution of any printed material is prohibited outside of your leased exhibit space.
- Placing stickers anywhere in the city of Costa Mesa and/or ASR property will result in fines.
