Badge Mailing Deadline: July 2, 2010 Exhibitors may continue to register after July 2, but all badges requested after this date will be available for pick-up at the San Diego Convention Center.
Verify Registration Check to see if you are registered and if your badges have been mailed. US and Canadian companies that register prior to January 6th, 2010, will receive their badges in the mail two weeks prior to the show.
ASR EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION & POLICIES - Please Read
* Six (6) badges total will be issued per 10' x 10' booth. A fee will be applied to each additional badge requested above this number.
* Do not register buyers under your company. All buyers/retailers need to register as an ATTENDEE (not as an Exhibitor).
* If you need to edit your exhibitor contact or shipping information, please email your changes to asrreg@nielsen.com. Please allow 1 week for your changes to be made. Badge information may continue to be entered.
* The exhibitor contact does not automatically receive a badge unless they are registered.
ASR SHOW POLICIES:
You will need to present your badge and corresponding business card, along with one of the following pieces of personal identification to receive your badge holder.
* Valid picture I.D.
* Government-issued Photo ID
* Your badge must be worn at all times while attending ASR.
* This badge is the property of ASR. ASR reserves the right to confiscate it at any time.
* ASR is a trade-only event and is not open to the public.
* There is a badge replacement fee if one is lost.
* No children under 16 will be admitted without adult supervision.
* No Camera Policy - No photographs of any product may be taken without permission from the exhibitor. Any attendee photographing without permission will be requested to delete images or have their camera confiscated.
* Solicitation or distribution of any printed material is prohibited outside of your leased exhibit space.
* Placing stickers anywhere in the city of San Diego and/or ASR property will result in fines.
